Ringexa LogoRingexa

Telugu AI call agent Telugu that sounds like Telugu, not a translation.

Most voice platforms treat Indian languages as an afterthought and it shows within a sentence. Ringexa speaks Telugu in the everyday register a caller would actually use on the phone, keeps the English words Telugu speakers genuinely say, and follows the caller if they switch.

The situation

Why most Telugu agents sound wrong

Two things usually go wrong. The speech recogniser does not really support Telugu, so half the sentence is lost. Or the voice is a general-purpose one reading Telugu script with the wrong rhythm. Both are obvious to a native speaker in the first few words, and the caller hangs up.

A Telugu voice, not an English one reading Telugu

Telugu is spoken by a voice chosen for Telugu. Where a sentence comes back in English it is spoken by the English voice instead, decided by the script of the reply rather than by a guess made when the call started.

English words stay English

Nobody says the translated form of visa, university, course or IELTS in the middle of a Telugu sentence, and an agent that does sounds instantly artificial. Those words are kept as they are.

It follows the caller, not a setting

A caller who opens in Telugu is answered in Telugu. If they switch to English halfway through, so does the agent — without announcing it or asking them to choose.

Questions

For this kind of calling.

Can one call contain both Telugu and English?

Yes. The agent replies in whichever language the caller just used, and the reply is spoken by a voice that can actually say it.

Can it do Telugu and Hindi on the same number?

Not on the same number. A deployment pairs English with one Indian language — Telugu or Hindi — because no single speech recogniser we can use hears all three reliably. Running both means two numbers, one configured for each.

Is the transcript in Telugu script?

Yes. What the caller said and what the agent replied are both stored, so the record is readable by whoever picks the lead up next.

Other things it is used for.

Put it on your next lead.

Set up a script, point it at one number, and listen to how the call goes. That is the whole trial.
