Ringexa LogoRingexa

Hindi AI call agent Hindi and English in one call, the way people actually talk.

Business calls in Hindi are rarely only in Hindi. Ringexa listens for both, answers in whichever the caller used, and keeps the English words that belong in a Hindi sentence — loan, EMI, course, visa — exactly as a person would say them.

The situation

Why code-switching matters

An agent that forces a caller into one language makes them work. Someone who opens in Hindi and then asks about the EMI in English should not have to repeat themselves, and should not be answered in a language they did not use.

A follow-up call, Hindi and English

Roughly how it goes.

Agentनमस्ते, आपने कल हमारी वेबसाइट पर जानकारी माँगी थी। क्या अभी बात कर सकते हैं?

CallerYes, tell me about the EMI options.

AgentThere are two instalment plans — I'll take you through both and what each one needs.

Genuine code-switching, not a workaround

Hindi and English are both handled natively by the speech recogniser this mode uses, so a sentence that moves between them arrives correctly rather than being forced into one alphabet and reconstructed afterwards.

A Hindi voice for Hindi

Hindi replies are spoken by a voice chosen for Hindi, not by a general-purpose speaker reading Devanagari with the wrong stress. Which voice speaks is decided by the script of the reply itself.

Every call written down

Recording, transcript, outcome and the details the agent captured land on the contact as soon as the call ends, in whichever language it was held.

Questions

For this kind of calling.

Does the caller have to choose Hindi at the start?

No. The agent listens first and answers in the language the caller used, and keeps following them if they switch.

Can the same number handle Hindi and Telugu?

No. A number is configured for English plus one Indian language, because no speech recogniser available to us hears Hindi, Telugu and English together reliably. Two markets means two numbers.

Can we use our own voice for Hindi?

Voice cloning is available in English. Hindi is spoken by a Hindi voice from our library, because the engine that does the cloning does not support Hindi to the standard these calls need.

Put it on your next lead.

Set up a script, point it at one number, and listen to how the call goes. That is the whole trial.
