AI call agent for coaching centres and colleges Admission season is a phone problem, not a marketing problem.

During counselling season the enquiries arrive faster than the front desk can dial. Ringexa takes the overflow: it calls every enquiry, explains the course, the fee and the batch timing, and books the counselling slot — in Telugu, Hindi or English, whichever the parent is speaking.

The situation

What normally happens

Two hundred enquiries come in over a weekend from ads and the website. Two people at the front desk work the list on Monday, get through sixty, and the rest are called on Wednesday — by which point half have already paid a deposit somewhere else. The marketing spend was fine. The follow-up was the bottleneck.

An admissions call, in Hindi

Roughly how it goes.

Agentनमस्ते, आपने हमारे NEET बैच के बारे में जानकारी माँगी थी। क्या अभी दो मिनट बात कर सकते हैं?

CallerHaan bataiye, fees kitni hai?

Agentपूरे कोर्स की फीस और किस्तों का विकल्प दोनों बता देती हूँ, और सुबह वाले बैच की टाइमिंग भी।

The same answer every time

Fees, batch timings, syllabus coverage and the documents to bring are answered from the notes you attach to the campaign, so the fortieth parent on a Sunday evening gets the same answer as the first — and nobody promises a discount that was never approved.

Parents who prefer their own language

A parent who is comfortable in Telugu or Hindi will say more, and ask the questions they actually have, than one being walked through a form in English. The agent answers in the language the call opened in.

Counselling slots, not callbacks

The outcome of each call, the questions asked and the details captured land on the contact the moment the line drops, so your counsellors start the day with a list of people who are expecting them.

Questions

For this kind of calling.

Can it call a list of enquiries rather than one at a time?

Yes. Upload the sheet, attach the campaign notes, and the agent works through the list on its own. Rows with unusable numbers are flagged before any call goes out.

What if a parent asks something the notes do not cover?

It says it does not have that detail and that someone will confirm. The question stays in the transcript, so your counsellor sees it before they call back.

Can we stop calling a particular number?

Add it to the Do Not Call list and no campaign will dial it again. Matching is on the last ten digits, so the same number is recognised however it was typed into the sheet.

Put it on your next lead.

Set up a script, point it at one number, and listen to how the call goes. That is the whole trial.
